Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of loopdax.com, the contact and booking forms, and any messages you receive from Loopdax LLC. By using the site, submitting a form, or texting or messaging Loopdax, you agree to these Terms. If you become a paying customer, a separate service agreement governs your use of the product.

What Loopdax is

Loopdax LLC is a Kansas company that makes a messaging-assistance tool for salespeople. These Terms cover your relationship with Loopdax the company — visiting the site, requesting a setup call, and receiving messages from us.

Messaging consent and rates

By submitting a form on loopdax.com with the SMS box checked, or by texting or messaging Loopdax first, you consent to receive SMS and MMS from Loopdax about your request, setup, and account. SMS consent is optional — it is not required to book a setup call, use the site, or become a customer. If you don't opt in to SMS, we'll reach you by email or phone instead.

Message frequency varies based on your request and account activity. Messages are conversational and transactional, not periodic or subscription-based.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard rates from your mobile carrier apply to SMS and MMS. Loopdax does not charge you for messaging.

Opt-out, help, and re-engagement

You can stop receiving messages at any time:

• SMS: Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, or REVOKE to any message.
• Facebook Messenger or Instagram: Block the account, or reply with one of the opt-out keywords above.

For help: reply HELP or INFO, and we'll send the Loopdax name, how to reach us, and how to opt out.

To resume after opting out: reply START, UNSTOP, RESUME, or RESUBSCRIBE, or simply send us a new message.

We honor opt-out requests immediately.

AI involvement disclosure

Replies from Loopdax may be drafted with AI assistance and are reviewed by a person before they're sent. For California phone numbers, you'll receive an explicit disclosure on first contact indicating that AI tools may assist with drafting and that a person reviews messages before sending.

Information we share is informational

Pricing, demo details, setup timelines, and other information Loopdax shares with you — on this site, in messages, or on calls — is informational and may change. It does not constitute a binding offer or contract. If you become a customer, the order and service agreement you accept at signup governs the relationship and prevails over informal discussions.

Acceptable use

Don't use loopdax.com or messaging with Loopdax to:

• Send threatening, harassing, or abusive content
• Engage in unlawful activity
• Impersonate another person
• Send spam, chain messages, or repeated unwanted contact
• Attempt to interfere with Loopdax's site or systems

We may block users who violate acceptable use.

Limitation of liability

Loopdax provides loopdax.com and its messaging "as is" and without warranty of any kind. Loopdax is not responsible for:

• Decisions you make based on informational content (verify all material terms before relying on them)
• Carrier delays, message delivery failures, or downtime in third-party services (CPaaS providers, Meta, Anthropic, Fly.io)
• Loss or damage arising from your reliance on informational content

To the extent permitted by law, Loopdax's total liability arising from your use of the site or its messaging is limited to $100.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Kansas.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of loopdax.com or Loopdax messaging after changes constitutes acceptance.
