Privacy Policy

What this policy covers

Loopdax LLC is a Kansas company that makes a messaging-assistance tool for salespeople. This Privacy Policy describes how Loopdax handles information you give us directly — when you visit loopdax.com, submit a form, book or ask about a setup call, text or message us, or become a Loopdax customer.

If you texted or messaged a salesperson who uses Loopdax (for example, a car salesperson), the messages between you and that salesperson are handled under that salesperson's separate disclosure, not this policy. This policy is about your interactions with Loopdax LLC, the company.

Information we collect

We collect:

  • What you submit on the website. When you fill out the "Book a setup call" or contact form: your name, dealership (optional), email, mobile number, and whether you opted in to receive SMS.
  • What you send us in messages. If you text or message us, the content of your messages, your phone number or social account identifier, timestamps and message metadata, and your opt-out preferences.
  • Limited technical logs (such as IP address and basic request data) for security and reliability.

We do not buy information about you or collect it from outside sources, and we do not track your browsing across other sites.

How we use information

Information you provide is used to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and schedule and confirm your setup call
  • Send the setup, account, and support messages you've requested or consented to
  • Provide and operate the product if you become a customer
  • Keep records of consent and opt-out, as required for compliance

We do not sell your information, use it for third-party advertising, or share it with marketing partners. If your messages are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to help draft a reply, Anthropic's API terms preclude using submitted data for general model training.

No mobile information or phone numbers will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time.

Who has access to your information

The following parties may access your information:

  • Loopdax (Bryan Kichler and any operators) for responding to you and operating the business
  • Loopdax's service providers, under contracts limiting their use of your information to providing services to Loopdax: a licensed CPaaS provider (SMS and MMS delivery), Meta (Facebook and Instagram messaging), Anthropic (draft assistance), Fly.io (hosting), Cloudflare (encrypted backups), and FormSubmit (delivers website form submissions to us by email)

How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to you, provide the product if you're a customer, and meet legal and operational requirements. If you're a prospect who doesn't become a customer, we delete your contact details on request or when they're no longer needed.

You may request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected]. See our Data Deletion page.

Your choices and rights

Opt out of SMS. Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, REVOKE) to any SMS from Loopdax. Once you opt out, we won't text you. To resume, reply START or send us a new message.

Request a copy of your data. Email [email protected] to request a copy of the information Loopdax has about you.

Request deletion. Email the same address. We delete your information within 30 days of a verified request, except where retention is required for legal compliance or to honor an opt-out.

AI involvement disclosure. Replies from Loopdax may be drafted with AI assistance and are reviewed by a person before sending. If you have a California phone number and message Loopdax, you'll receive a disclosure to that effect on first contact, as required by California law.

California Consumer Privacy Act rights

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected about them, the right to know whether personal information is sold or disclosed and to whom (Loopdax does not sell personal information), the right to access their personal information, the right to request deletion, and the right to equal service and price even when exercising privacy rights.

To exercise these rights, email [email protected].

Children's privacy

Loopdax is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it.

Security

Loopdax uses industry-standard security measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS) for all communications, encrypted storage at rest, access controls limiting who can see your information, encrypted off-site backups, and passkey-based authentication (no passwords).

No system is perfectly secure. In the event of a data incident affecting your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

International users

Loopdax operates from the United States. By contacting Loopdax, you consent to your information being processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
